Bellydance Fitness class is a fun and exciting introduction to this dance form, no experience necessary to join! In addition to the usual strength building exercises we take time for deep stretches targeting bellydancers' key muscle groups. Classes are drop-in friendly.
Zumba® Fitness Classes
Times may be tough, but this dance family of ours family is tougher. We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. It’s a serious dose of awesome each time. Come dance with us!
Mobility & Mindfulness Classes
We’ll utilize mindfulness, breathing techniques, and both dynamic and static stretching set to a thoughtfully curated playlist to energize and inspire your mind & body. Give yourself this moment of self-care each week, you deserve it.
