Ever since I could walk and talk I was drawn to performance arts and being on stage. As a child growing up in Southeast Asia, I would present talent shows to my parents and their business associates at dinner parties. Mom & Dad would even join in the performance with their own singing and guitar playing! This encouragement led me to a lifetime of studying dance, vocal arts, theater, photography, and most recently mehndi art.
After 15+ years of offering artistic services in photography, dance, and henna art the mission remains the same: "I believe my purpose is to offer positive experiences through the work I do. I'm passionate about the creative process between myself and my clients and believe a fun and meaningful connection to be the most important part. That is a truly special experience and it's one that I hope to share with many people throughout my lifetime."
I'm very lucky to be doing what I love. This job allows me to meet interesting new people all the time. I'm driven by an incredible drive of self-expression for myself and others. As a multi-talented artist, my services as a dance fitness instructor, performer, portrait photographer, and henna artist offer opportunities to create beauty, empowerment, and adventure together in various formats. I hope we are able to work together soon!
Pre-recorded virtual classes allow access to a Zumba class with me during after hours on days of the week that we do not currently offer a scheduled livestream class. Great for folks living in international time zones or those of you who need to flexibility do a Zumba class with me whenever it's most convenient for you.
Bellydance Fitness class is a fun and exciting introduction to this dance form, no experience necessary to join! In addition to the usual strength building exercises we take time for deep stretches targeting bellydancers' key muscle groups. Classes are drop-in friendly.
Times may be tough, but this dance family of ours family is tougher. We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. It’s a serious dose of awesome each time. Come dance with us!
We’ll utilize mindfulness, breathing techniques, and both dynamic and static stretching set to a thoughtfully curated playlist to energize and inspire your mind & body. Give yourself a happy & chill hour each week, you deserve it.
